The exterior of the armoire is hand-painted and finished with soft hues reminiscent of furniture found in French Château's and finished with an aged patina. The distressed detailing enhances the authenticity, mimicking the wear and tear of years gone by. The result is a warm, inviting aesthetic that brings to mind the understated elegance of French provincial design.
 
This Art Nouveau wardrobe features intricately carved detailing on its door panels, showcasing the craftsmanship that went into its original creation. The mirror has a subtle patina of evidence of its history and tells its own story. In a previous life, this cabinet would have adorned a hall with hooks to hang coats and hats; now, it has been repurposed into a working wardrobe with two rails to hang clothes befitting any stylish bedroom. Inside, this armoire has been designed with functionality in mind. Thoughtful features such as two hanging rails and a large drawer ensure versatility to accommodate your storage needs. A contrasting colour called lime white from Farrow and Ball has been painted inside to create a more contemporary feel without losing the charming aesthetic. This wardrobe separates into three parts: the base with a drawer slides well, the central section with a mirrored door and the top cornice, allowing it to be manoeuvred into position easily.

Aftercare
 
All our items are either antique or vintage pre-loved items, showing signs of a previous life commensurate with age, all adding to their charm. Please avoid commercial polishes on your painted surface; a slightly damp micro-fibre cloth is enough to maintain your furniture.
